Craig Vernall - Legacy Interviews

Craig reflects on growing up in Te Puna at the beginning of the kiwifruit industry, his experiences at Tauranga Boys’ College, and his involvement in rugby and rowing. He also shares the memorable beginning of a relationship with his future wife, who invited him to staff drinks as the only guest.

At the heart of his story is a journey towards Christian faith. A series of influences, encounters, and experiences gradually came together, each playing a part in leading Craig towards the decision to become a Christian. That decision would go on to shape the direction of his life, including his remarkable 31 years of leadership at Bethlehem Baptist Church.
